I think what most people are referring, are the volume drops whenever the powerful kick comes in... if you are using fl studios, its most likely the fruity limiter...

Very messy though, some good parts...

I would add some effects on it, if you use FL, add some soundgoodizer effect, otherwise more reverb might be nice :)
